I purchased this scooter for my daughter for her 12th birthday. She loved it! But after a few months it wouldn't charge. So I emailed to inform the company I was having. I received emails back and and got a new charger and batteries to be replaced. It turned out to be the charger but they went out of their way to help me out. What I liked about this scooter bike is it came mostly assembled. The assembly instructions were easy to read and the illustrations were clear. I had it put together in no time flat, but I did need extra wrenches, as the ones that were provided were not the correct size to attach the seat.

This is a children's scooter. My 11 year-old (4'10") could ride it, but I'd say she's past the height limit. It would fit an 8 year-old better. The weight limit is listed at 177 pounds, so I got on for a ride. Although I'm completely too tall for it (5'5"), I sat on that seat. Reviews on similar scooters complained about the seat collapsing. Well, I had tightened that collar clamp so tight, it stayed put. The seat was swiveling, but I tightened that, and the problem went away. Make sure to tighten everything as much as you can, and then tighten it some more. It surprised me how much more I could turn the bolts when I thought I was done.

At 134 pounds, I felt I was pushing the scooter's limit, so I don't recommend anyone close to 177 pounds even think about riding it. The handlebars and seat bar shake more than I think they should, but it holds together and is a fun ride. My daughter says so.
